Fallen out of love with your current developer or agency?
We'll take it from here.
Maybe the project's run over budget and behind schedule. Maybe what's been delivered isn't what you asked for. Maybe you're just tired of chasing updates that never come. Whatever the reason, moving on feels risky, especially when you're not sure anyone else can pick up where they left off. We can. We've done it dozens of times.

The rescue we're proudest of
Our biggest project rescue to date was for one of our long standing clients in the tourism sector. We took on their business critical customer platform after their previous developer told them they were going to be on an island for a couple of months with no access to internet. This would leave them without any support and no way to fix any issues raised by their active customer base. That was three years ago.
Fast-forward to today and we've provided our 24/7 support and expertise on the product ever since, and more recently rebuilt it from the ground up, using what we learned from the original version to do it properly the second time round. The result has been a far more stable product for their customers and greatly reduced staff workload due to more efficient processes.
Making sure this handover doesn't repeat the last one
Most of the worry with switching developer isn't really about the code, it's about whether it'll go the same way again. So here's how we make sure it doesn't.
One point of contact
A project manager oversees the whole build and owns communication with you, so you're never chasing an answer.
Full visibility through Comet
Backlog and sprint planning, test release feedback, live issue tracking, and a running total of time bought versus used, all in one place.
Clear sign-off points
Scope, interface design, upcoming sprints, you sign off before we move forward, so there are no surprises waiting at the end.
Does it matter what your app was built in?
Less than it used to. AI coding agents are now genuinely capable across most languages and frameworks, which changes what's realistic when taking over a codebase we didn't build. We can work inside an unfamiliar stack for a transitional period, or use AI-assisted migration to move your product onto a stack our team can properly support long term, rather than requiring a full rebuild from day one in every case.
That doesn't mean we take on anything and everything. We'll always be straight with you about whether your project is a good fit for us, and if it isn't, we'd rather tell you that early and point you toward someone who is the right fit. But the bar for "can we help" is lower than it used to be, and worth a conversation even if your app wasn't built anywhere near our usual stack.
How it works
We review what exists
A technical look at your current codebase, so we understand what's salvageable, what's risky, and what your options are.
We plan the handover
Whether that's continuing in the existing stack, a transitional approach, or a migration onto ours, we map out a realistic route and cost before any commitment.
We take it on
Same process, same visibility through Comet, same single point of contact, regardless of where the project started.
You get a team that knows it properly
Not developers meeting your product for the first time on day one of a rebuild.
Human expertise.
AI speed.
